Information collected
Answerworthy may receive your name, checkout email, Stripe transaction reference, website URL, priority market and language, buyer context, relevant alternatives, existing public profiles or references, proof assets and optional notes. Basic hosting logs may include request, device and network information.
Payment
Stripe processes card, wallet and billing information. Full payment credentials do not pass through Answerworthy’s servers. Answerworthy receives the status, amount, checkout email and transaction reference needed to verify and fulfil the purchase.
Payment confirmation and recovery
After a successful payment, Stripe notifies the Answerworthy webhook. Resend sends a branded confirmation with the verified brief link to the checkout email and sends an operator copy to Alexander’s plan inbox. If the buyer reaches the success page before the webhook email arrives, the page triggers the same confirmation as a fallback. Small timestamps and brief fingerprints are stored in the Stripe Checkout Session metadata to record which buyer and operator messages have already been delivered and prevent later duplicates.
Brief draft
While you complete the paid brief, a functional draft is stored in that browser under the Stripe order reference. It is not sent to Answerworthy until you submit the form. The browser draft is removed after a successful submission and expires after seven days; you can also clear it through your browser storage controls.
Submitted brief
The completed brief is verified against the paid Stripe order, then sent through Resend to Alexander’s configured plan inbox. A confirmation containing the complete submitted brief is sent to the checkout email. The lean checkout application does not maintain a separate customer or brief database during this PMF stage; Stripe retains transaction records and fulfilment markers, Resend processes the transactional messages and the customer retains the confirmation copy.
Public website and browser evidence
The Answerworthy Plan reviews publicly accessible pages, search-result pages and external public sources relevant to the submitted website, buyer questions and alternatives. The analysis may store dated screenshots, final URLs, result titles, snippets, positions, source categories, capture settings and cryptographic hashes inside the private plan evidence. Do not provide private, credentialed or confidential URLs. Search engines may present consent or anti-automation pages; those states are recorded rather than bypassed.
External public sources
Public profiles, reviews, directories, marketplaces, publications, communities, partner pages, customer references and other external sources may be recorded as planning evidence. Their public content is used only to assess relevance, consistency, source opportunities and distribution actions for the purchased plan.
Use and processors
Information is used to verify payment, recover the brief link, produce and deliver the Answerworthy Plan, answer support requests, maintain required business records and protect the service. Vercel hosts the lean purchase surface, Stripe processes payment and stores minimal order-linked fulfilment markers, Resend delivers transactional email, and a separately hosted browser worker may capture public website and search evidence. Personal information is not sold.
Retention and publication
Information is retained only as long as needed for delivery, support, accounting and legal obligations. Client-identifying material, screenshots, quotes, findings or plan excerpts are not published without explicit permission.
